The model number was also different from what appeared in the image. I placed an order for a battery like this shortly before a security crisis started in my area causing huge delays in traffic. The item arrived a couple of weeks after the crisis lifted but without any notice when or where. I found about it and headed on to the post office too little too late as they sent it back. I contacted seller who willingly dived in to sort it out, sent me another one that arrived in a few days. An extraordinary service!
