A well built wagon that was a steal. There was one small hiccup in the process. I contacted customer service on Saturday morning at around 8 am. I was surprised to receive a response within 20 minutes. They addressed the issue immediately. Amazing customer service. A pleasure doing business with them. Five stars.

I reached out to the seller and they responded quickly saying they'd look for it. When they couldn't find it in stock, they offered a fair partial refund, which also processed quickly. Competitive price for a "used" item.

One corner of the drawer tower was broken and sheared off, I assume in shipping, so perhaps different packaging could be used or the seller could speak with their shipping provider to ask them to handle with more care. This damage does not affect utility or appearance of the item when it is set up so it did not affect my rating at all, I’m just providing feedback to the seller
