The hair is super soft with a silky feel. Well rooted. . The doll is made of vinal not soft plastic. I would have preferred more blush on cheeks and forehead but unfortunately was sent to me before Id seen her which was a shame. I have since sorted it out myself. The seller couldn't do enough for me and I'm pleased with my purchase.
