I charge the battery with the phone powered down; the screen replies after a very long time that the battery is fully charged and to unplug to conserve energy. However, when I turn the phone on, the battery is showing only half to less than half full and does not last for any amount of time. After doing this for many, many times, I decided to charge it in my car which showed full charge.

All items and screw kit from Logitech still in the box. Had a hiccup with shipping taking over a week to ship out but I believe it might have been a UPS problem. I reached out to seller and they responded very quickly. I would buy from this seller again.

I ordered on Wednesday. Label was created on Friday. It didn't ship until Monday. That's 5 days from order to ship. It took Fedex a full week to deliver. This made it almost a 2 weeks delivery. Seller can shorten this by shipping item in 24 to 48 hours after placing an order. Just my suggestion ... You sonder why Amazon is popular.

I contacted seller and received an immediate response. Item did show up on time and in great condition. Did not recieve an update in USPS tracking until morning item was delivered. It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great!
