Seller compensated me with replacement patch at no cost. I was extremely happy with the situation that I did do business with this seller again and purchased another item from their store. The original patch did show up after being rerouted. Item was exactly as described and no damage. I cannot express how grateful I am to this seller

This has happened to me a couple times, where the USPS marks delivered, but nothing has arrived. The seller responded super quick asked for a couple days to see if it would show up. Then followed up with me a few days later (without me having to do anything) with a message that a new one is being sent. I received the replacement with no issues. Also purchased an additional one. Great seller!
