If this phone had been unlocked as advertised it would work with both t-mobile and att. This one only worked with a t-mobile SIM. Would not work with att SIM. Had to struggle for a couple of months to get a refund but ebay came through with the buyer protection. Beware. Return shipping can be $60 to China if USPS is only carrier available. Seller did find a USA agent.

A lot of feauters weren't working. And they are refusing to send me a real return label. Wasted time with these people whole process has taken 2 months now. Don't buy from them I warn you.
