I reached out to the seller with my concerns and he quickly responded and told me that the outer filter was covering up the main filter, which is what I’m used to seeing in the U.S. After inspecting the main filter, it was exactly the same as the genuine filter that I bought directly from Amway. So I’m very satisfied.
