I need contact with someone at eBay who has decision authority to discuss this last purchase, returned 21st of August but still awaiting refund. I made every effort to qualify my need but got nowhere, Cold Works AC sent me the wrong a/c compressor. My mood is beyond disappointment but dispondant. Again, I need to speak with an eBay manager or decision maker. The mechanic helping me with this issue says I should be using Amazon. I've been with eBay since 2017
