This seller was incredibly helpful and patient, and delivered a partial refund for the lens quickly with excellent communication. The item was also packaged very well, and shipping was extremely cheap for my item, which was huge and heavy. This seller could improve order fulfilment speed: I placed the order on Wed, Jan 8--but the seller didn't generate a packing label for it until Mon, Jan 13, and it didn't actually get to USPS until Jan 14--that's 4 business days.
