No protective film on the screen nor on the back. The screen on the upper right edge is peeled off and a gap is visible. The rear camera is moved inward into the housing.This is a sloppy assembly into the new housing. There is dirt in the usb connector, which is a good indicator that the phone is used. The phone itself is functional but it is far from new.
