Didn't contact seller as I had a CD version of Office Pro Plus 2019 that I had already installed on another PC. Installed from the CD and used the activation key provided with the pen drive: no problems. Good value. Lifetime access but buyers should be aware that support for Office 2019 ends 14th October 2025.

I received a sealed box with a usb and product key which loaded without problems. It updated to 64 bit and is working as well as my original copy. I would recommend this seller.
