Paid over £20 to return them. Now being told I have to pay customs fees etc but no idea how too or how much. I am getting emails every day from Evri saying Ruze shoes won’t pay. Even if they paid on my behalf and then I could refund them. Will never buy from this company again. Terrible customer experience. Wish I had never bothered.
