The package arrived quickly and efficiently. The item, an out-of-production adapter cable I need for my video production workflow, came in perfect working order. There was even post-delivery follow up initiated by the vendor offering technical support for any issues I might run into. Highly recommend this vendor.

I went to UPS and they said it would be thousands of dollars to ship back to China due to the tarrifs I guess. The seller reached out to me almost immediately and said to keep the item because it would be too much to ship, AND REFUNDED MY MONEY ANYWAYS!! That is so kind of them. Thank you
