- o***l (852)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證I paid for the item and was waiting for the tracking number to know when to expect the item. There was no communication from the seller to update me that they were unable locate this item, or they went thru all their shelves and it is just missing, or if it was a listing error. Ten days later, the seller cancelled this transaction, initiated a refund without an apology for their goof up. Furthermore, I saw this seller listed the same item again ……..poor eBay customer service.

I contacted the seller who asked me to open a return request which I did but then asked me to close because he said that he would issue a partial refund. I closed the return request which SCREWED ME from getting help from eBay. He couldn’t figure out how to do this and then said he “didn’t have the time” Communication was awful! F- SELLER. BEWARE!!
