Allowing a child to make unapproved purchases is against ebay policy. It was a parts sale.When you asked to cancel due to grandson purchasing, it had already been shipped. It was delivered successully and you then filed a falase claim with ebay that it was not recieved. We confirmed the tracking of it being delivered. If the air pods were actually fake, we would make it right if you had submitted the proper requests.
