Recommend for anyone who is keeping a Betta in a Fluval Flex to create a calmer environment for the fish by having reduced flow in the tank as the standard set up is a bit strong, especially for long finned Betta. I got mine in white to match the Aquarium colour and it’s made well, looks good and was cheap. 10/10
