All 3 were sadly faulty (the lights flickered) so we’re unable to use them… however customer service has been exceptional. They have refunded the order after providing proof of the fault via videos on email and they refunded the order instantly. Thank you so much especially to Lucy!

It was very easy to arrange a return and I received a prompt refund, so even though it was a disappointing transaction, I can't complain about the quick and easy return process.
