I was sent me a replacement projector a week later at no extra cost, now The projector is working fine, arrived in good condition with clear sound and good picture quality, and for a used projector the Appearance looks brand new.

But seller did not give the options after I returned back to them. They automatically refunded me. Instead sending me a replacement that worked. After I told them about my loss and had closed wife account. And had no way to get the money back. And bank told funds return back to seller. So it looks like my loss on the item. That seller got back.
