They were quick to respond, organised the return shipping label (shipping costs covered by me). DHL picked up the parcel from my residential address and it's now shipping back to seller. I think that's a record and appreciate their attention to customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to order again from this vendor.

It came maybe triple box from laminating pieces together on top and that was a good luck because the outer box was wet on one end but the original box inside is fine and I really needed this piece to be good.
