The product was true to its description, broken but only cosmetically, the laptop and charger were packaged nicely and had no shipping damages. It was a great value at ~$55. There were no prints on the screen or keys it was very clean. The computer was fully factory reset. The quality is perfect despite that its used. I would recommend JCS LLC to anyone looking for a reasonably priced used/refurbished computer.

As described in the listing, the laptop looks decent with little scratches everywhere, but I knew that going in. I’m planning to cover this little guy up with a bunch of stickers! Overall a great value for the price! I would recommend this product and shop to Linux fans or anyone who wants a great little durable working computer for an affordable price.
