She cancelled my order, and then I had to rebuy after I missed another set that sold while we were trying to figure this out. She insisted on shipping through USPS, so I had to pay $200, even though Fedex Home would have been much less. The items were nice but had more damage than stated, and she wouldn't give me any money back.
