Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. Despite being refurbished, it appeared to be brand new in appearance and well worth the reduced price I paid for it. I would have no problem buying from this seller again, nor recommending them to my family and friends.
