You were extremely rude to the employee who handle online accounts threatening him, Saying "it BETTER Be delivered today" and constantly chewing him out for the post office taking too long to deliver. You stated the guitar was not right but wanted to "keep it for cheap" and we told you no. You never asked for an apology but if you will look at your messages from August 19 you will see where Joey said "I apologize for this issue. " So I stand with my statement "grow up."

We were out for 2 days. Buyer shipped the item back on their own and not through eBay, so we were having to track it down in the meantime before providing the refund.
