I was so thankful to their customer service, as they got my shoes ready for delivery the day of. However, I read on the converse website that you should size down one half size for the limited edition colors (classic chucks). I contacted customer service at this company in hopes the shoes did not ship yet. They responded quickly & caught my shoes b4 being shipped & the correct size arrived. I can’t thank this company enough!!
