Note20 N9860 device received was tested and matches the bq_shop item description on eBay. As received the device tested good with an undamaged battery. This is the second Note20 i purchased from bq_shop on eBay. Both devices received were in New condition as described. I recommend bq_shop if you are interested in a high quality device with reliable 3 day international shipment. I received my money s worth for both purchases.

This store is tremendous sh.. I bought a cell phone and on the second day I sent him a message that I did not want it because it got bad, and they never answered me anything and even now I lost 1100 dollars,,,

We never get any message from you until we got a Ebay case from you after 4 days you received the package saying you cannot use 5G with this phone and we asked you immediately which Network are you using and you NEVER answer us!! Even up to now, we asked you again the same question "which Network are you using?" Still no reply from you but just received a Negative back from you now saying your phone "got bad and lost 1100 dollars"?! You are well protected by Ebay, and how you lost 1100 dollars?
