The phone however has been confusing, it’s definitely in used condition but I knew that when buying. The quality is a 3.5/5 and my SIM card doesn’t work, although from what I’ve researched it said it would but I’ll try another sim. value for money is good, though the appearance and condition could probably warrant it to be slightly cheaper. Grateful to get a cover 🔥🔥

The packaging was great, no scratches and damage to the phone. It came with 2 screen protectors, a phone case and a charger. If you want to buy a longer charger, it's a USB charger. When you get the phone, the time zone is off so you have to change that, you can't make calls on the phone/insta unless you get a sim card but if you have whatsapp it calls fine and the camera is fine.

I'm lucky that it gets calls and text with my phone carrier, but make sure you have a compatible carrier before ordering. Only downside is that the person who owned this phone previously was a smoker, so the keypad smells like nicotine, but it's in great condition otherwise. Highly recommend!

No issues at all, packed well, shipped super fast, arrived from Korea to US, literally in 3 days! It was nicely packed, in brand new, sealed package, exactly as advertised. I had some minor issues with shipping carrier, reached out to seller, they responded right away, it all turned out false alarm! I highly this seller, buy from him with confidence!

Communication with the store was quick and informative. They were really helpful. Side note for those ordering from the US - customs will open and check your package at entry.
