It works well for me on my bicycle when the frame is collapsed. The soft plastic window allows me to manipulate my iPhone and the bike computer software running on it. I haven't been in rain yet, which is why I wanted a cover, but it seems like it should work. Good value for the money, new in the box.

Other than that item is as described and I would not hesitate to purchase again from the seller.

USPS sent the package all over the place. The seller was great to work with, and very responsive when I had questions or concerns. Flag is very good value for the cost. The condition was fantastic, and the appearance was perfect.
