It is brand new. I put my sim card in it and I can make and receive calls. I wanted a spare phone anyway. Well, the weird acting phone is using my battery and I'm using the so-so battery that came with my phone.... so much for 4 days between charges.This is a great phone!! Sounds good, nice crisp screen, replaceable battery.

They then instructed me to return it in the very difficult way they provided. They then tried to charge a restocking fee which was contrary to their advertized policy. They then asked me to lie about the reason for returning and to lie about the condition and value. I considered that to be unethical so I closed the return request.
