The phone has a very small crack in the back but it’s very easy to miss. Secondly, some of the keys look like they have been rubbed/chipped off. The last thing, the phone isn’t as pink as the picture but this was expected. I had heard that the pink is more orange tinted and I can confirm that.

They then instructed me to return it in the very difficult way they provided. They then tried to charge a restocking fee which was contrary to their advertized policy. They then asked me to lie about the reason for returning and to lie about the condition and value. I considered that to be unethical so I closed the return request.
