    I have contacted the seller and am waiting for a response. Sadly, these items were not packaged well enough - considering their fragility and the fact that they were glass. Three of the four swizzle sticks were broken. The item was as described and since I wanted to have them to replace the original ones that I owned - I was disappointed - as I thought the price was worth the items.

    Please accept my sincere apology. In hindsight I can see how I would package such an item as this in the future: I usually double-pack all glass items, but now realize it would have been best for these to have been individually triple-packed. I am sorry this knowledge was gained at the expense of our transaction. I have refunded your purchase in full. I appreciate your business and regret the unfavorable outcome. My best to you. Janet
