When opened, item was covered in black goo and sticky. It was the decomposing of that faux rubber coating that was put on so many items decades ago. I have one of these open box and it is fine without any breakdown of the rubber, all the others were sealed so I have not been able to personally inspect them, all future shipments will be opened and inspected to insure that the faux rubber is not in a deteriorated state, if deteriorated it will not be shipped under this listing, again thanks for letting me know, did item work fine in the end?
