Was very hard to speak with a real person at FED X, but that was not the shippers fault.Shipper did seem to be concerned about poor Fed X travel.

Because of the weight and stiff material though, it takes a fair bit of effort to get in place/take down every time, so it didn't end up working out. I will check back and would still recommend seller for custom car sunscreens.
