Brand new and unopened, which is what I paid for. BuyDig also had the best price I could find. As for the earbuds themselves, I changed out the memory foam tips they came with for some silicone tips and I love them. Been using them every night since I received them. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I would have no problem buying from this seller again, nor recommending them to my family and friends.
