It was in perfect working condition on both occasions or I would've canceled it. To say that I knew it didn't work after the listing included pictures of it while it was lit up shows it worked is INACCURATE and FALSE. Buyer failed to contact me about the issue to try to find a resolution, left me negative feedback, and has ignored my message. Sellers beware. Unfortunate situation and transaction.
