Only issue I have is that the firewall was already registered by seller, so I cannot add it to my Sophos Central instance. I tried to contact the seller to remove it from their portal to no avail, at the moment the unit can only operate in HA in active/standby mode because I wont be able to assign a license to it until is on my portal

Everything was wrapped with a good amount of bubble wrap so nothing was damaged during shipping. I value that a lot, especially when it comes to items that have discs in them since in my experience they usually get shattered during postage. Also this item was fairly priced when compared to other listings on this site. A bonus too is that the seller messaged me about updates before and during shipping.
