Seller responded promptly to my communications regarding the initial delivery problem (package was stolen) and shipped a replacement unit straight away. Hopefully they were reimbursed by FedEx. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Custom expanded foam meant nothing moved in transit. The laptop looks immaculate. Exactly as described. Better maybe. Great value for the price. I contacted the seller prior to purchasing they directed me to another product they had which met my need even better. Amazing communication. thank you.

Packing was very good boxed in between 2 custom fitted air pockets at the sides of monitor with glass content inside handle with care warning label on the box. Shipping arrived a day early and fell on my medical day off perfectly. Overall, a great experience with the seller and would recommend.
