That was not their fault , a currier made a mistake. But the seller offered me two options: a new one item to send or a refund. I chose a refund and at the very next day I got it. Excellent service and the seller. Definitely recommend!

I have been contacted by seller with information that my picture sent of the item was not clear due to pixilation, id like to return the item but have not received a ticket to stick onto parcel. As with eBay policy Ime happy to communicate with seller using messages. nothing bad with seller maybe just item was not shown as item sent. I've added another picture.
