Seller did respond to this, but did not offer to fix, however due to pricing I am ok with calling it a wash. Did appreciate seller not ignoring email. Would buy from again. Good value. Only issue is with manufacturer - item arrived factory sealed, missing a plastic cover on the main part (confusing when reading assembly instructions), pictures confusing, customer service useless (and wait to call back),and finally used AI to solve the biggest issue - arm for hose set upside down. Successfully corrected - remove screws, parts, correct, reassemble. Works as should.
