Went online, tried the vinegar trick, no joy. Postage and packing plus import charges were the better part of €44, and the seller does not accept returns, so I tried to fix it.Removed the covers, removed the filter below the tank, cleaned a bunch of hoses, and found a tiny rubber "valve" that was stuck, cleaned it, reassembled -it works now.
