No fault to seller that USPS botched the delivery. However, not really a proactive seller in trying to make it right with a customer. Not even partial refund offered over $15. We're not offering a refund on a brand new product that clearly was delivered. Buyer has not attempted to reach out to their local carrier, post office, or ask the apartment complex. Package was very small and would fit in any mailbox. Stop blaming sellers for delivery issues, we did everything by the books and the item was delivered. We don't give in to scammers or thieves- ever.
