I purchased on 8/2 and received nothing as of 8/20. I had to reach out for shippimg status, lots of excuses. I almost always give 5 stars but the deception was not cool, esp as they knew it was a gift for a child's bday. I would have appreciated if they reached out to me about it not coming rather than wait to see how long I would go before asking. 1 star for fast refund.
