Item was well packed in foam and as pictured, however her hairpiece broke off her head and had to use acrylic glue to glue it back on. Resin is known to be fragile and told the seller about it and they offer a partial refund as compensation. Despite the broken hairpiece I was able to glue it back and can hardly notice it. My suggestion to the seller would be to pack it another box with additional padding.
