Amazon has disappointed me many times by just shipping items in an empty bag with no protective packaging, so I appreciate you for doing it the right way! I only gave communication a 3 star because there was no NA choice, as there was no communication needed. The item is as described, like new, so I am quite pleased with the price and the quality of the item!
