Upon arrival to the post office, the shipping was listed as Postage Due, meaning I had to pay to receive the item. This was because of some mail fraud along the line from either the seller or the 3rd party shipping company. I paid for the item at USPS and immediately informed the seller, asking for a refund. I was immediately answered and refunded, the seller is a good business man.

Replacement items arrived in just a couple of days. I can highly recommend the seller! Very friendly and helpful! The HDMI Splitter works well with my small KVM.
