Condition value and appearance of the item are good it’s just not very functional. You have to learn how far to punch because if you punch too far you punch through the caps. I will be going with the metal capper made by the guy in Colorado. We sell multiple units every month and are confident the items you received should work just fine. It seems you may be using some sort of thicker aluminum. Also, you mentioned our competitor in your review and promoted their product, which could explain the real reason for leaving your feedback.
