They responded to my questions quickly straight to the point. They refunded the repair with ease and still gave great value saving me £100s vs lg and/or buying a new tv.

I would have liked to have had a note to say what repair/replacement was done to the power board. However, on a positive, the TV is working. Very good value for money. However, the appearance of the return was terrible.
