Someone already tried to pry it open. (Image) Seller takes no responsibility for NOT inspecting item and thinks they shouldn't bear any cost? Says, send it back and I'll refund. Why should I pay for their mistake? Buyer reached out to me to claim that the item arrived in a dirty and used condition and demanded I do something about it. I responded apologizing and asking the buyer to send the item back for a full refund once I could confirm the item was the one I sent out. I offer free returns so I'm unsure why they are stating they shouldn't have to spend their money, my assumption is they were fishing for a free item without return.
