    DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! I ordered this tree and they sent me the wrong item. I started the returning process and the seller contacted me telling me if I closed the case they can issue me a 50% refund and to keep the item. In this case they deceived me and I never received my money back. I contacted the seller hoping they would be nice and give me my money back but no they decided to never respond back to me. Truly disappointing service.

    The seller was rude when I asked a question!!! Then tried to be nice to me! Then I asked for a refund because he clearly sent me the wrong tree and he tried to get me to take half a refund and keep the item! I don’t want it cuz it’s the wrong item!! I have been texting him for two days no response!! I just want my money so I can send him back his item! Attached is the messages between us and tree that I was supposed to get but didn’t get that one! He sent one that was full of pine cones
