The seller then agreed to only send one of the buds at the original price. Just received the product and it was opened. The listing claimed that the product was new which means that it is sealed and not used. After looking into it, it appears the package was opened by customs/courier during a value inspection, which caused the seal and box damage. The item was sent brand new and unused.
