He wasnt much help with returning something to china or the details with customs. He is now not answering my mesages about refunding me and because i paid with klarna rather than pay pal i am struggling to get any help.

When it arrived it was packaged very safely, and i unpacked it to find a brand new, beautiful, elegant Huawei P30 Pro in Mystic Blue, not to mention the excellent quality. The value for this item, I'm fairly happy with overall. When i bought from @lovesexy6, i was a bit suspicious - especially because of the name - but they have proven themselves to be legitimate; i highly recommend.

- *****- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證Phone came sealed in its box with charger. Good communication from Seller. It looks as a brand new one, happy with the look. However, phone has some minor defects. The fingerprint sensor doesn't work. I spent a long time trying to set it up, useless. The screen sometimes freezes, then I need to switch it off/on. When typing, sometimes the keyboard goes crazy. Then lots of typos, which is annoying. I decided not to return the phone, too time consuming to set up everything. Overall disappointed!

Possibly a newer revision of the device as a factory reset included Android 15 and the USB port appears unused so no concerns. Packaging on top was great, but was not padded on the bottom. Free case and EU charger was provided. Arrived a week earlier than expected. Thumbs up.
